La Mercerie, the luminous tearoom located just above Place Flagey, has a new Chef, and it shows! Looking at the short yet attractive new menu, you directly notice the eclectic touch of Nicolas Titeux, Korean of origin. Sesam-crusted salmon with noodles, grilled chicken wrap with coriander and gravlax sauce, mushrooms and potatoes pie, the choice was hard today.
I finally indulged myself with a home-made limonade, a wrap and the marvellous “chou de la maison” (filled with vanilla cream and a surprising praline-flavoured heart). Tempting hun?
